I get to be the subject of this week's A Better You! And since this week is about me, I figured I should be the one to write about my journey.
You see, since the program went on the air, I have lost over 50 pounds!
I didn't really do anything drastic, but I noticed that small changes done consistently over time equaled dramatic (and sustainable) outcomes.
For example, I am doing seven minute workouts at work and I have cut WAY back on processed foods. It's been a journey, but after looking at before and after shots -- it's been worth it.
Remember, none of us can be perfect but we can ALL be better.
